Beetles

Writer's picture: SulphurSpringsMuseumSulphurSpringsMuseum

Beetles are one of the most diverse species in the world with over 350,000 species under its banner covering about 25% of all animal species and its such an old species they are essential when pollinating ancient species of plants such as the magnolia and spicebush, thus they are an essential pillar of the plant world just like bees are. There are many examples of beetles but here's three Stag Beetle, Hercules Beetle, and a Beetle you probably didn't know was a Beetle the Lady Bug, yes unlike what its name implies the Lady Bug is indeed a Beetle and not a bug interesting right?
